Children are rescued daily from various dire situations, including the streets, dustbins, sewage sites, and hospitals. Many are abandoned by young mothers or found by authorities such as the police. Promise Giving Children’s Family specializes in providing immediate care to children under the age of seven, developing individual placement plans based on their unique circumstances.
Key activities include:
Alternative Care Plans: Reuniting children with assessed guardians, arranging foster care, or facilitating adoption for those without families.
Comprehensive Support: Providing food, shelter, education, healthcare, psychological support, and spiritual guidance to nurture their overall well-being.
Long-term Care: Ensuring that children who cannot be reintegrated, particularly those with HIV, receive continuous care.
Today, the organization operates two homes, supporting 100 children ranging from newborns to 18 years old.
