We are under equiped yet striving in Kayunga District, a grassroot community facing unemployment, poverty, school dropouts, early motherhood, limited access to post-primary education, persistent HIV/AIDS, low disability inclusion, and violence against women & girls.
We are implementing a Training -Production model that integrates learning with income generation. Through semi- commercial training units for Hairdressing, Tailoring & Enterprnuershp; with planned Computer Skills. Trainees gain hands- on experience while contributing supervised labor under work-study system that offsets tuition costs. Income from Saloon & Tailoring services funds training materials, maintains equipment, subsidies fees for vulnerable learners, and covers cost of operations.
