The last couple of months in our family type center in Kazanlak have passed under the magic spell of Christmas and the holidays.
In late November the air was already filled with excitement and expectation and all children and staff were busy coming up with their wishlists and writing down or dictating their letters to Santa. Another very special moment is decorating the house. Although we should admit that playing with the decoration is a prefered activity and the sparkly balls and the colored lights often fail to reach their designated spot.
For this year celebrations, the Small Group Home's driver, Valcho, has been appointed Santa Claus and we are proud to say he took the part very seriously and carried the big heavy bag of presents with a lot of dignity without the help of any human or deer.
Santa's long awaited visit brought lots of joy and many of the desired gifts to the children.
For Anka Santa had prepared a dressing table kit with various beauty tools and accessories. Anka is very conscious when it comes to her looks. She loves mirrors and hair accessories, she enjoys applying lipstick and brushing her hair.
Penka was surprised with a toy laptop and a microphone which she immediately put to use.
Geri got some good new books and Iliyana added a brand new silvery purse to her collection.
