We recently had a music seminar with our children. Konstantin Kouchev, a young violinist and guitar player, came to Kazanlak especially for them to make a little performance and let them touch and feel the musical instruments.
This seminar turned into a real party. Our children were truly fascinated by the music. Most of them had never seen before a live performance, nor had the possibility to touch music instruments or produce sound. They did now and felt very happy.
Music is a universal language. It opened our children’s hearts, made their faces shine, their smiles bright. It brought so much light and warmth into the house. One by one all the kids played either the violin or the guitar. The rest were singing and dancing. They enjoyed the seminar so much that the next few days they were constantly asking about Konstantin and his music.
Christmas is coming. And we will organise a party in the house. The kids will decorate their own rooms and the lounge to prepare for the Santa Claus’s visit. They didn't have a real Christmas in the institutional homes that they left. Therefore, we tell them stories to encourage them to dream and impatiently await the holidays.
Will keep you posted. Follow us here!
And make a new donation before Christmas! It matters.
