Introduction
This report is going to be taking us through the final activities of supporting 30 teen mothers through skills development.
Activities and implementations.
In reference to the previous report, we were supporting 30 mothers in 2024 through training them in vocational schools in trades namely;Tailoring and Graphic art. As it was explained trainig from schools was completed in the late December,last year and the plan was to support the final stage of the training,which is training from companies that was estmated to take three months.
The aim of this facilitaion of training from companies was to help our beneficiaries to get used to real life in employmnet sector andacquire experience of what they trained to apply it in real life and luckily they can get employed from those companies.
We are thankful we have been able to collaborate with three companies that gave these trainees vacancies and these three months have been so beneficial to them. Some of them have showed extraordinary efforts and they have won themselves jobs and they have stareted working aspermanent employees and it is agreat pleasure for this archivement.
After this industrial attachement, we are planning to see how we can organise a graduation for them after recieving thier certificates.
We are really thanfull to every organization, or body that has taken initiative to that this activity takes place to help empower these teen mothers to overcome poverty.
They are also really grateful for thegreat work that has been done.
We are still looking for partners that can show gratitude and play a part in providing startup tool kit and Capital to ensure that these teenagers can start thier business to sustain them.
