Since our last report, eSTEM Morocco has made remarkable strides in empowering young Moroccan girls to embrace STEM fields. Over the past 4 months, we have hosted impactful events and workshops, providing participants with valuable skills, inspiration, and a sense of community.
Highlights from September to December 2024
Titrit Girls Collaborative Council
On September 28-29, 2024, eSTEM Morocco launched the Titrit Girls Collaborative Council at UM6P in Benguerir. This initative brought 17 outstanding young girls from diverse regions such as Dakhla, Inezgane, Khouribga, Azrou, Fès, Meknès, Casablanca, Mohammedia, Martil, Tit Mellil, Kenitra, and Temara. These girls, alumni of programs like Technovation Girls.., spent two inspiring days engaging in learning, collaboration, and personal development.
The council marked the beginning of an exciting chapter for eSTEM Morocco, leading up to the much-anticipated eSTEAM Festival, a national event celebrating innovation and gender equality in STEM.

Counterspell Hackathon
On November 23-24, 2024, we co-hosted the Counterspell Hackathon with bright young girls of 15 years old in Casablanca. This in-person event brought together tech-savvy youth to solve challenges through innovative coding and collaboration.
Real Impact, Real Stories
Tasnim, a 15-year-old participant from the Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab region, reflected on her experience:
"Attending these events has opened my eyes to the possibilities in STEM. I feel more confident and excited about pursuing a career in technology."
Our digital platform, Titrit, continues to support over 4000 girls with accessible resources for learning and growth in STEM fields.
Looking Ahead
As we approach the next quarter, our focus is on the flagship eSTEAM Festival. Scheduled for early 2025, this event will bring together 200 girls from across Morocco to engage in hands-on workshops, network with STEM professionals, and celebrate their achievements in STEAM.
We thank our donors and partners for their invaluable support. Together, we are paving the way for a brighter, more inclusive future for young Moroccan girls.
