This project is a foundational pillar towards the vision of the digital inclusion of 50.000 girls from disadvantaged areas across Morocco. We empower 200 brilliant Moroccan girls from the 12 regions to gather in our flagship annual eSTEAM Festival which celebrates intelligence. It offers girls opportunities to learn 4 competencies and engage with brilliant STEM minds, innovations and, inspirational role models, reinforcing their interest in these fields and celebrating their achievements
In Morocco, the female labor rate is decreasing over the past 20 years from 30% to 18% in 2023. Girls in disadvantaged areas are not supported in their education and are not groomed to pursue STEM careers
This project is the pillar to connect, inspire and train 200 ambassador girls that can go back home and train other girls on eSTEM Morocco's social model which uses a digital platform with ressources for girls mentoring and growth in STEM fields.
STEM careers represent a real catalyst for women's economic self-reliance. We foresee with this project that a girl accompanied today will become the leader of tomorrow. We aspire to a nation rich with female talent in STEM fields.
