This project want to train and assist 100 nonprofit in themes related to administration, accounting and compliance so they can keep reconstructing Puerto Rico providing services related to health, education, social services and food.
In Puerto Rico there are more than 11,000 nonprofit of which 4,000 nonprofit are community base; 60% of this organizations had a decrease in their funds and with the recent Hurricane Maria their budgets and human resources had suffered.
The training and the technical assistance will support this 100 nonprofit so they can keep working and serving more people around the island.
This service will allow this nonprofit to reach a sound administration. At the same time this service will assure the provision of social services in the island.
