Due to the recent wave of migration in Mexico, we are committed to promoting the development of 15 vulnerable Latinx people living in Mexico, so that they can develop a business plan project that allows them to correctly manage their productive activity; through online training for business and life skills, with emphasis on entrepreneurial, productive and training initiatives, so that they can self-employ and/or carry out honest, useful, productive and well-paid work.
Mexico experiences multiple waves of migration, considerably increasing the unemployment rate. For this reason, people chose to look for new ways to generate income, with self-employment being a way to reintegrate into the world of work through entrepreneurship. However, they faced the development and management of micro-businesses or self-employment initiatives with a lack of business knowledge and skills, which has limited the growth of their projects or even their survival.
Through our Taller Emprende en Linea (an online business training), we will provide business training for 15 latin people, who will be empowered with business knowledge and will learn the correct way to manage and operate a microenterprise or self-employment, as well as the right way to activate their business ideas in the short term and creatively face the obstacles that may arise, thus identifying new opportunities for income generation.
Our methodology allows people not only to know but adopt and adapt the strategy and processes taught in the business training to their own draft business plan. Our goal is to empower them with personal skills and business knowledge, and with this training it becomes possible. In this way, each person will be self-management of their micro-enterprise or self-employment, and the toolswill be part of the long-term process, which will guide them to their businesses development and sustainability.
