This Project seeks to empower young people in entrepreneurship, technological and labor skills, providing them the opportunity of inclusion at the digital labor market.
As a result of the humanitarian emergency that our country, Venezuela, has been facing since 2015, plus the changes caused by Covid-19 pandemic, our educational system has suffered a great deterioration, increasing school dropout or lag, creating barriers and more difficulties for young people to get decent jobs.
The Youth Employment Skills Program, brings an integral education to youngsters, creating a learning and inclusive environment using technological tools to strengthen their knowledges in areas such as life project, leadership and citizenship, assertiveness, curriculum vitae design and job interviews, financial education, among others, that will improve their working profile.
Since September 2021, 1.114 young people had benefited from this Program, and with your contribution we will continue to assist them in strengthening their capacities, responding to the countries different economic sector's needs.
