In these months of Covid emergency, we provided a support to the Filipino population in the Mindoro Island.
We produced 3.000 masks and we distributed them among the indigenous population in the rural area.
With the beginning of the school activities, we supported the teachers with paper, inks, tarpaulins and tablets so they can develop the distance schooling.
Unfortunately, in the Philippines we are still in partially lockdown, so we have to do a lot. Our Feld Manager Anna is working to support our beneficiaries with hygiene kits e food.
Our project will contribute to successfully overcome this emergency, avoiding a further spread of the virus among the local populations, and improving their life expectancy. Furthermore, our interventions will relieve and encourage a feeling of security to the many families psychologically exhausted by the emergency circumstances.
