Greetings To Our Donors and Supporters;
Great News; We are beginning to see evidence that our IDPs are returning to the land and homes that they fled from in the English speaking NW Region in Cameroon. Working in collaboration with JRCCA in Cameroon, they have begun to develop "NEW ORGANIC FARMING" The three phrases for the planting of the JRCCA's Organic Farm at Benguela has been completed within due time for the planting season.
Our President expressed gratitude and appreciation for the leadership, dedication and hard work that was displayed by all of the contracts and volunteers who despite many challenges including the weather and condition of the soil was able to get the job done. This project will put a smile on many faces and some economical cash in their pockets.
Will you help us grow this organic farm where some of the products will be shared under our food security program with IDPs and Women Empowerment volunteers and some will be sold at the market to raise funds to help defray the cost of this and other humanitarian projects by JRCCA under our Vocational Skills and Training Program On the Job Training which will give them a choice to help sustain their recovery from a way of life of being on the run in many situations for nothing that they were involved. Our Chairman expresses his concerns and sees this peace building project as a way to build bridges for the IDPs so that they will be able to return to their homes and homeland as a results of the crisis. We hope to work with other international groups to collaborate and offer resources that will help them to become independent home owners and farmers once again in a troubled land.
All donations big or small will benefit our humanitarian cause. Kudos to our Honorable Humanitarian Ambassador who supported this project with her donations, wisdom and guidance for our JRCCA Team. Another example of our people returning to their own villages was reported by our JRCCA President who reported that the meeting with the Bee Farmers was successful and that they will be meeting again in 30 days. Bee Farmers have requested the use of JRCCA's land on the site of the Foundation Stone to expand the development of Bee Farming as performed by our founder the late Pa John. MOU is in progress to make this request happen between the Bee Farmers and JRCCA at the Guest House and Vocational Tech Training Center in Zang-Tabi, Cameroon, Africa.
JRCCA's President also shared the request by the President of the Promise Land NGO for her organization to develop a MOU with JRCCA to share land for use by her organization called the Promise Land NGO to cultivate the December food crops. Our Board Chairman suggested to the President that she should write SMART GOALS and ACTION STEPS for this request and present to our VP who is in chage for formatting proposals prior to submitting her request on Tuesday SNT for discussion and motion to be approved on Wednesday Biz Meeting.
Our Chairman also recommended that she find a lawyer in Bamenda or Yaounde to assist her with drawing up the MOU Agreement between JRCCA and the Promise Land Organization.
Chairman and Presidents of JRCCA and President of JFRIUSA reminds everyone to stay focused and stay on task and to uphold and follow all JRCCA's policies and procedures. Ensure to set weekly, monthly SMART GOALS and ACTION STEPS, attend all meetings, complete activity log and end of the month report. Posting pictures and videos are accepted ways to demonstrate weekly and monthly progress reporting of what you are doing to support the humanitarian goals and objectives of JRCCA. We can and will achieve more progress for our independent IDPs in Cameroon, Africa with affiliates in Ghana and Liberia.
Kudos to our International VP and Women Empoweerment leader ffrom Accura, Ghana for the outstanding work that she is doing with her Women Empowerment Group in Ghana which is now an affiliate of JRCCA in Cameroon, Africa. She is providing her Women Groups with Vocational Tech Training in the areas of cooking and farming. We are looking forward to our VP for Women Empowerment in Ghana to extend her program to Cameroon and Liberia. Never Give Up - Onward, Upward and Forward-2024-25. Developing these programs in Africa requires funding. It would be appreciated if you our donors and supporters will respond to this report by sending a donation to help us defray the administrative cost of providing services for these individuals.
