Project Name: Aged home for neglected elder person’s safe accommodation and food

 

ROSI FOUNDATION is running ELDER HOME at Jeeva Nagar, Illuppur -622102, Pudukkottai district, Tamil Nadu state, India in that 28 beneficiaries/inmates are being. They are orphans or totally neglected from families or community. The totally neglected elders are with hunger and health issues, were taken to our Home if they are unable to earn and survive due to age and health.

 

In the home, they are getting 3 times Food, nutrias and two times tea/snack daily. They are having safe accommodation with recreation such Caram board and Chess with TV, News paper and Magazine. Routine health checkup, Yoga and Naturopathy exercise / support are provided. Psychological counseling is given to all inmates involving a counselor Ms.ASHA MSW

 

They are now free of hunger, isolation and health issues. They are now with a group of aged persons in the home with happiness in sharing their thoughts and problems. Their isolation and orphans condition are now changed.

 

Spot light: Ms.Rengammal (68) is an inmate and affected by severe Rheumatic pain. She has been abandoned by her relation for her upkeep. She is staying in the Home since 2008. she was under difficult to get even one meal a day. She was weak in health due to age, hunger and health problems.

 

Now in your support she is free of the feeling of isolation. She is now with a group of aged persons in the home with happiness in sharing their thoughts and problems with each other. She is under care and support in the home. Her health problems are solved and she is free from hunger with safe accommodation. She thanks to all supporter. In this photo, our staff distributes cloth and blanket to Mrs.Rengammal
