Activity brought together presentations of impact projects developed by the participants
On April 22 and 23, Instituto Reciclar’s Educational Program opened its doors for the first interaction between the participants and volunteer technical mentors. During the Ideas Fair, the young people presented impact project proposals aimed at addressing social issues and challenges related to the world of work.
The projects explored topics such as the sustainable and responsible use of natural resources in relation to artificial intelligence, digital literacy for older adults, and initiatives to encourage greater participation of women in the information technology field. For each topic, the participants presented data demonstrating the relevance of the issue, examples of initiatives already addressing these challenges, and potential intervention strategies.
This marks the participants’ first practical step in the Creative Solutions Workshop (OCS), an initiative that promotes collaborative work and develops socio-emotional skills that are essential for entering the job market.
Every impact project begins with an idea put into action. From this point on, each group will receive guidance from experienced professionals who will support and monitor the development of their projects throughout the year.
