The meeting brought together over 180 participants in a moment of dialogue between those who have initiated their vocational courses and those who are still choosing them
On Friday, October 3rd, Instituto Reciclar organized the Experiences Exchange Fair, a much anticipated moment by the young people participating in the Educational Program. The meeting gathered 54 second-year students, who are already enrolled in Vocational Courses, and 130 first-year students, who will soon make their choices regarding professional training for the following year.
The fair is a space where Year 2 students present, in their own words, their vocational courses routine, what are the subjects like, daily challenges and what they enjoy learning the most. This exchange allows for those who are still choosing their courses to have the opportunity to better understand the everyday life during these programs and make a more informed decision about their professional future.
During the event, the young people share their experiences in courses such as Nursing, Finances, IT, Business Administration, Clinical Laboratory Science and Communication Design. The moment consisted of listening and real experiences exchange, offering a practical, experienced-based perspective that directly contributes to the future of the young people in the first year of the Educational Program.
The Experiences Exchange Fair reflects Instituto Reciclar’s compromise to promote autonomy, protagonism and collective learning, preparing young people to make conscious choices and follow their dreams with confidence.
