Education is the cornerstone of human resource development, with literacy being a vital prerequisite for accessing and benefiting from the wealth of information and knowledge available in today's world. Without education and literacy, achieving balanced and sustainable development becomes an insurmountable challenge. This project aims to facilitate the return of girls to school Your support for this initiative will enable 500 girls to go to school.
The people in villages are culturally conservative, adhering to outdated traditions and customs. There is a clear preference for male children over females in all aspects of life. The objective of this project is to enhance the quality of education for females by inspiring parents and offering career counseling to girls. Additionally, 500 girls will be enrolled in high schools to pursue secondary education.
Our goal is to inspire parents in the four target areas to enroll their daughters in secondary education at our high school, where they will receive a quality education to have a better future. There will be training for secondary school teachers from four schools, equipping them with the skills needed to effectively educate the 500 female students. The aim of this project is to enroll 500 girls in high schools ensuring they receive education.
Parents' outdated customs and negative attitudes will gradually fade away as they pass on their newfound knowledge to other parents through mentoring and guidance. Teachers will receive thorough training to ensure they provide high-quality education to female students. These students will have the opportunity to take annual examinations and earn their metric certification. Additionally, career counseling will equip students with the necessary tools to make decisions.
