Hi there
This Wednesday, get ready for an exciting way to make your donation BIG. Keep an eye on your emails on Wednesday morning for an announcement on how to make your donation grow!
In the last week of February, the Larcacunga community in Ecuador enjoyed a field trip to the four lakes in the area, looking closer at nature. We helped cover the costs and invited the whole community to join them, some who may never have had the opportunity to see lakes and certainly go on a boat!
In Muenala we had the first community project with each student bringing in their own ornamental flower to plant along the entrance of the school in recycled pots. They also constructed a bird sanctuary with houses and feeders to encourage birds to join us in the school.
And the 1st of February was a special day, uniting all three communities in the Kichwa wedding of Zoe and Alan, our project leaders, our fist Phoenix community wedding!!
Look out for our next report on Wednesday morning, with our exciting announcement and plans for 2013 in Guatemala!
Thank you for your continued support.
