HOW YOU CAN HELP FOR 2018-2019
Thanks to our donors and to GlobalGiving, 31 of our girls have now been supported for 2018. However, 24 of these girls will be continuing with Helping Hands for 2019 and new girls will begin. Many of our sponsors and contributors have asked how they could donate monthly. With GlobalGiving it’s easy! From Nov. 27 to Dec. 31 2018 recurring monthly donations will be matched by GlobalGiving on the first donation. If you would like to contribute monthly to Helping Hands, please click here. Or check out our Dental Health micro project for our younger students.

THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH FOR MAKING EDUCATION POSSIBLE FOR SO MANY OF OUR YOUTH.
Greetings from La Paz.
We thank you all once again so very much for the support for our 31 girls. Three of our post-secondary girls finish their studies now in 2018, but the rest will continue with Helping Hands in 2019. Of our high school girls, 4 will graduate this year and you will see their graduation photos in our January newsletter. Some of these four will continue with Helping Hands in 2019 in post-secondary studies and, of course, some new girls will join us in January as well.
The students have made Christmas cards for their supporters, and if you would like to receive a Christmas card from one of the girls, please write to helpinghands.lapaz@gmail.com
Thank you again so very much,
Linda
Today October 2 we reached the $ 10,000 goal. All 31 girls will be sponsored and a report will be forthcoming.
This has been possible only with your support. More and more we are convinced that access to education is one of the keys to breaking the cycle of poverty for our youth. We hope you will be following our reports on the different students as they progress with their studies and begin their professional lives.
THANKS AGAIN FOR BEING PART OF DREAMS COME TRUE.
We invite you to visit our Facebook page to meet our students and keep up with their activities. https://www.facebook.com/HHPBolivia/
THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL RESPONSE!!
On behalf of the Helping Hands team, I wish to thank all of our friends and supporters for making it possible for us to earn a permanent place on GlobalGiving. This has been a wonderful experience, and it has been heartwarming for us to have so much support from you all.
Because we were so successful, we were allowed to raise our fundraising goal to $US 10,000 in order to fund 4 more girls, and we are just about there, with only $US 541 to go. https://www.globalgiving.org/projects/education-for-at-risk-bolivian-girls/
As soon as our IT man returns from his maternity leave later this week, we will be sending out a report on the 31 girls.
THANKS AGAIN FOR BEING PART OF DREAMS COME TRUE.
