AIL Pakistan continues with its program of education for women at a Learning Center in Peshawar which has 190 students (125 female). The classes offered are Arabic, literacy and English. AIL also supports 3 schools that have Afghan students with a total student body of 1,103 (733 female). AIL staff are dedicated to providing opportunity to these Afghan refugees.
A staff member said, “ People say that raising a child is like building a city, and a gardener enjoys watching her plants grow; so a mother is happy to see her baby grow up. All of us at AIL enjoy serving and helping the poor and blighted people who are far from the grace of knowledge and want to learn from us and each other. Our actions and steps should be positive and a good lesson for others, so as much as possible we should help others to grow. AIL tries its best to help people especially the women and children so that they can be self sufficient and grow.”
Thank you for supporting Afghan refugees.
