Dear friends,
we want to share what's going on this time of the year at the casita.
On December 17th we celebrate the casita's anniversary: kids and their families join the staff and play games, dance, and share some good food from our cafeteria. It's a sort of end-of-school celebration, since in Peru school ends in December.
Just before Crhistmas, we have another party: kids have hot chocolate and some treats, then spend an afternoon playing music and dancing again, before holidays start.
The casita's doors are open in holiday time, so that every kid may find some help for homework, friends to play games, football and volleyball practices, and a safe place where they can spend their afternoons.
There's a lot of fun stuff at the casita during the holiday season .. thanks to our supporters who stand by our side.
Thank you for your sponsorship, and may your holidays be as fun as ours!
