SUMMARY : This project enables 100 Girl children go to school  for the academic year along with umbrellas as the rainy season started.  The parents are very happy to see the girl children with umbrellas.

ABOUT THE CHILDREN : To eradicate gender bias and also to make the girl child happy, self-sufficient, independent amongst the deprived society.  The girl children become brave day by day challenging their situations with the amenities provided encouraging through the require materials supplemented.  Enhancement of standard of living is one of the core point of women’s (Girl) empowerment.  The society is also uplifted by the action plans and implementations taken up by GlobalGiving.

RDOET IN ACTION : RDOET (HAO India) distributed umbrella’s to each and every child as the slum, downtrodden, poverty stricken families cannot afford for the requirement RDOET distributed colorful umbrellas keeping the children’s health in view and to protect them from drenching.

Countries with high level of basic education do better economically. If India wants to be one of the developed nations it must concentrate on education and especially on female education. The root cause of all problems facing women is related to education. If all women get educated, then all the problems like female infanticide, dowry, female suicides, domestic battering, malnutrition of women, child marriage and other related atrocities would get vanished from our country. Education provides an essential qualification to fulfill economic, political and cultural functions and improves women’s socioeconomic status.

School Needs distributed in an identified Area.

SUMMARY: The project will enable 100 girl children to go to school with new school needs for the 2012-2013 which is an Academic year. 

ABOUT THE CHILDREN : After the summer vacation children are back to schools.  They are excited as they entered into the new academic year.   All the children will be going to school in the month of June.  In prior we have given the material to them.

FEMALE education  is a catch-all term for a complex of issues and debates surrounding education for females. It includes areas of gender equality and access to education, and its connection to the alleviation of poverty. Improving girls' educational levels has been demonstrated to have clear impacts on the health and economic future of young women, which in turn improves the prospects of their entire community. In the poorest countries of the world, 50% of girls do not attend secondary school. Improving female education, and thus women's earning potential, improves the standard of living for their own children, as women invest more of their income in their families than men do. Yet, many barriers to education for girls remain.  

Once women began to graduate from institutions of higher education, there steadily developed a stronger academic stream of schooling, and the teacher training of women in larger numbers, principally to provide primary education. While it was not common for women to enroll as students in formal classes, it was common for women to attend informal lectures and study sessions.  There were no legal restrictions on female education.
