Give the gift of education & health to 24 deaf teenagers in Ghana by donating their high school exam fees & health insurance for two years. Allow them to realize the dreams of every aspiring student!
"My name is Amina and I am deaf. Please help me with some money to buy food." Amina and most of the 24 teenagers were beggers on the streets of Tamale. They never dreamt of going to school because they spent most of their time begging for food to survive. With our S.K.E.P aid, they were able to attend Savelugu School for the Deaf, where they completed their Junior High School and are now waiting to complete high school exams. These exams are the bridge to their brighter future & success in life
When they are able to take these exams, the students have the opportunity to gain admission to higher learning institutions and learn to become independent citizens. Health insurance will ensure unexpected illness doesn't impede their future success.
When deaf students are able to complete their education, they become independent & serve as role models to other deaf children who might give up & only know a life of begging. They can fight for the rights of deaf children to gain a brighter future.
