Hello Donors,
Each week, we engage our students with hands-on activities ranging from STEM to cultural events. In the last project update, we shared with you the photos of the kaleidoscope and robotics projects. Today I would like to share photos on two other projects, among many, to give you an experience of how the students learn.
These photos show how KG II students learning how to make birds’ nests with papers, straws and coconut shells. They learnt this in their Environmental Science class.
Learning the significance of numbers
It is difficult for a child to understand the significance of the value of each individual number based on its place in a large number. These photos show how students learnt this using ice cream sticks, which would be bundled up based on their significant places in the number.
We continue to raise funds using the GlobalGiving platform. We thank you for leading the way. To maintain momentum, we need to reach out to all our secondary and tertiary contacts – use the power of our networks to benefit these children.
You are our partner, instrumental in helping these children grow up to participate in the global society. Please share the fundraising link on GlobalGiving to your friends, family, and on your social media posts. The campaign page on GlobalGiving has links specifically designed for social media platforms like Facebook. For personalized emails, you can paste the link below.
Best Regards,
Carlton Bennett (on behalf of Nanritam)
