- SUMMER CAMP - 2nd April - 11th April 2025
The Summer Camp held from April 1st to 11th, 2025, at Sukrupa Education Centre for students of Classes 1 to 4 was a joyful and enriching experience. Guided by our dedicated primary teachers—Ms. Geetha, Ms. Sharada, Ms. Supriya, Ms. Shilpa K., Ms. Nazima, and Ms. Anjum Fathima—the camp successfully blended fun, learning, and creativity.Students participated in a wide range of engaging activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, music, dance, drawing, and sports. These sessions not only fostered creativity but also encouraged the development of social and personal skills.The camp concluded with a grand closing ceremony on Friday, April 11th, marked by a traditional lamp-lighting ritual symbolizing knowledge and joy. The presence of our Co-Founder Ms.Suguna, and CAO Mr. Sathya, added grace and significance to the occasion. Student performances in dance and music showcased the confidence and skills nurtured throughout the camp.The program was a resounding success, thanks to the commitment of our teachers and the enthusiastic participation of the students. It offered a meaningful break from academics and left lasting memories of learning, laughter, and friendship.
The Summer of Rachana 2025, which was held from 2nd to 11th April under the continuous guidance of Krupa Aunty, was a vibrant and enriching experience for students from 5th to 9th grade. Led by 2nd PUC student leaders and supported by experienced camp coordinators, the camp fostered leadership, teamwork, and creativity through a range of activities. Day 1 focused on group formation and identity-building tasks. This was followed by sports days featuring volleyball, throwball, and cricket, promoting fitness and team spirit. Daily creative sessions like chart-making, storytelling, poetry, and poster design encouraged expression and collaboration. Ethnic Day, celebrated as part of a Tamil cultural festival, included traditional attire, a fashion show, and talent showcases. Students also prepared cultural performances in classical and western music and dance for the grand finale. The camp concluded with certificate distribution, leader performances, and a heartfelt feedback session. Overall, it was a joyful journey of learning and growth, leaving every participant with valuable skills and unforgettable memories. It was a new experience for many students and a great learning experience.
- Annual Results - 12th April 2025
SUKRUPA Education Centre proudly held its Annual Results Day for the academic year 2024–25 on the 12th of April, commencing at 9:00 AM for all classes.We are immensely proud to announce that all our students from Grades 1 to 9 have successfully passed, achieving commendable marks and percentages. It brings us great joy to witness the continuous growth and learning of our children, who embrace education with enthusiasm and determination.We extend our heartfelt congratulations to each of our students for their hard work and dedication, and to our teachers and parents for their unwavering support. Together, we celebrate the spirit of learning and the success of every child at SUKRUPA.
SSLC Results and Student Progress – Academic Year 2024–25
We are pleased to announce that this year, our SSLC (Grade 10) students achieved an overall pass percentage of 62.50%. This marks a significant milestone in their academic journey, and we commend their hard work and determination.We are equally proud to share that many of our SSLC graduates have successfully secured admissions into some of the best colleges, pursuing diverse streams including Humanities, Commerce, and Science. Their achievements reflect the strong foundation laid during their time at SUKRUPA.Furthermore, several of our students have joined the Sumargadarshak Program, where they are receiving continuous mentorship and guidance aimed at both academic development and career planning. In addition, we have initiated training in a variety of essential skills to better prepare them for future opportunities.We remain committed to supporting our students as they transition into the next phase of their educational journey, helping them grow into confident, capable, and responsible individuals.
- Orientation Day - 28th May 2025
The Orientation Day at Sukrupa Education Centre was held on 28th May 2025, aimed at familiarizing parents and students with the school’s vision, values, and academic framework. The program was conducted in two sessions—first for pre-primary and later for Grades 1 to 9.The event began with a welcome address by Headmistress Ms. Sushama, followed by a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony and invocation song.Ms. Hemalatha introduced the leadership team - CEO-Founder Ms. Krupalatha,Co-Founder Ms. Suguna, and CAO Mr. Sathiaseelan,recognizing their dedication to Sukrupa’s development.A presentation on the school’s mission, vision, and values provided insight into the institution’s educational philosophy. Psychologist Ms. Mohanapriya highlighted the importance of parental involvement, focusing on nutrition, sleep, and emotional well-being. Ms. Shalini, PE teacher, outlined key school rules and regulations.The session concluded with the introduction of all teaching and non-teaching staff, fostering transparency and trust between parents and the school.The Orientation Day effectively set the tone for a successful academic year by strengthening school–parent collaboration and ensuring a smooth transition for students.
- Environment Day - 5th June 2025
Sukrupa Education Centre celebrated World Environment Day on 5th June 2025 with great enthusiasm, focusing on the theme “End Plastic Pollution.” The event aimed to raise environmental awareness and promote sustainable practices.Students from Nursery to Grade 10 participated in speeches, songs, mimes, and dances, showcasing their creativity and commitment to the cause. Thought-provoking posters and drawings were created, addressing key environmental issues.Informative placards and charts were displayed to spread awareness about plastic pollution and conservation efforts.The celebration successfully raised awareness about environmental protection and the impact of plastic pollution. The active involvement of students and teachers made the event both meaningful and impactful.
- World Day Against Child Labour - 12th June 2025
Sukrupa Education Centre observed the World Day Against Child Labour on 12th June 2025, with active participation from students of Grades 6 to 10, the Headmistress, and all teaching staff. The event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of eradicating child labour and promoting children's right to education.The program began with a welcome speech by the Headmistress, followed by student-led performances including speeches and a skit emphasizing the theme “End Child Labour.”Teachers conducted theme-based activities such as storytelling, drawing, and poster-making to deepen students’ understanding of child labour issues.An awareness session was held for students and parents, underscoring the importance of protecting children’s rights and ensuring access to education.Teachers visited the Gosangi community to engage with parents and children through interactive sessions, spreading awareness about the negative impact of child labour.The observance of World Day Against Child Labour served as a powerful platform to educate students, parents, and the wider community about the importance of eliminating child labour and upholding the rights and dignity of every child.
- International Yoga Day - 21 June 2025
Sukrupa Education Centre celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June 2025 with the Theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health” and “Yoga for Self and Society” with great enthusiasm to promote the benefits of yoga for physical and mental well-being.The event began at 10:00 AM with a brief introduction on the significance of the day, followed by a welcome speech by students. The celebration saw active participation from the CAO, teachers, staff, and students.A group yoga session was led by the PE Teacher, where students performed foundational asanas such as Tadasana, Vrikshasana, and Bhujangasana.Students from Grades 3 to 10 took part in a poster-making activity, creatively expressing the importance of yoga. The posters were later displayed in the Assembly Hall. The celebration was a meaningful and enriching experience for all. Through enthusiastic participation, the event successfully highlighted yoga’s role in promoting a healthy lifestyle and fostering harmony between self, society, and the environment.
