This project was commenced in May 2023 to enable deaf children access basic educaion, thanks to all supportersm volunteers and wel wishers that have brought Us this far.. The project aims at building cognitive capacities and lifeskils of these children by enhancing conducive learning conditions and environment. The project aspects such as support with tution fees, provision of learning materials, clothes sanitary towels and food staffs have all yielded a positie effect to the learning of the children. The project relied on mobilization of supporters and allies to deliver the specific objects. However due to various challenges experienced in resource mobilization, the project was unable to fully realize the ultimate goal as envisiged in the planning process. The project had targeted to support 30 deaf children in basic education this financial year. In this reporting quarter, 14 children have been supported with books, pens, and uniforms.year.
The total number of children supported in one way or another in 2024/2025 is 68. As the organization braces for 2025/26 financial year, we remain upbeat and anticipate to reach greater heights in realization of our mission and vision.
