The vision of Chaitanya Charitable Trust is providing quality education and nutritional food to 400 marginalized children in 10 slum area for a year. Every day two hours education after school time with innovative model and "Learn with Fun" concept to rag picker, beggar, child labor, HIV/AIDS, out of school and govt. school students.We want to make difference in our slum students' lives by providing them vital academic information, skills, strategies, and by enhancing positive social growth.
As per the report of "Annual Status of Education" 2012, 67 % of fifth standard student don't know to read 1 to 100, 52% student leave the school before fifth standard, 65 % of fifth standard student don't know how to multiply and 86 % of fifth standard student don't know how to divide. 55 % of eight standard student don't know how to properly read English. 60 per cent or more girls dropped out before completing their five years primary education. We provide daily two hours quality education with innovative educational model and lots of new things so underprivileged 400 children enjoy and learn while playing with the support of dedicated teachers. As a result of these children will become lifelong learners who are sensitive to the needs of changing world. By our fascinating curricular activities deprived children must learn how to live better life, inculcate the higher value in their life and thus become the better citizen of our country
In the long run, all 400 children of the slum must be enrolled in the school in 1st standard, Every enrolled child must complete the elementary education up to 8th grade without any dropout. Children should get Quality Education and joy of learning and by providing basic primary education and basic skills, they will be able to earn more and come out from poverty. We believe that is such marginalized children get opportunity by this project than only they all are able for higher education.
