Family Hope Community Centre works to positively impact the lives of children from poor families in Njiru-Nairobi. Bridging the social gaps, in our understanding, is achievable through educating children.
The needs of a child in a school set up are, for that matter, subject of our focus. Your donations help us to supply these needs to the poor of the poorest children in Njiru-Nairobi.
Before, we were grappling with a course book to student ratio of 1to10. This made it difficult to administer learning effectively. Thanks to you, 50 by 6 sets of course books have been added to our book store. Now the ratio has been set at 1 to 4. This means, effective group learning, easy administration of homework and less congestion on a desk.
Besides, 45 sets of all inclusive, assortment of learning materials have been made accessible to 50 kindergarten students from poor families. In essence, together we are getting children out of quarries, out of streets, out of scrap metal gathering, out of scavenging dump sites and finally putting them in school.
We thank all of you for becoming global parents for the poor of the poorest children here in Njiru-Nairobi Kenya.Together we can build better classrooms, decent toilets and provide a conducive learning environment for needy children. Let's keep on donating and making recommendations for a sustainable education of needy children. More updates on details of our progress will be posted to you as soon as possible. Let us join hands;let us build a child's future.
