Since 18th of March 2020, Covid-19 has posed a massive challenge to most of our activities as an organization. We also know that it has been the same with many of you, our partners and friends, out there. We pray and hope that it shall be well sooner than we all can imagine. We have all of you to thank for every progress that Family Hope Community Centre has made. Here are details of some of the developments that we have been Undertaking with the funds that you have been donating to us.
Due to the circumstances in which we find ourselves in, and indeed all over the world, as a result of COVID-19, a lot of health and hygiene measures are of basic importance. During this time, we have done a drainage system for proper management of liquid waste, dirty water, as well as easing away sewer to avoid serious health risks.
The perimeter wall around the Organization’s premises that also serve as walls to the children's classrooms has been undergoing renovation in readiness for reopening. In addition to the perimeter wall, the gate area as well as a guard's room has been constructed to help revamp security of the premises.
Times have been hard, but we believe in the old adage "when the going gets tough, we get tougher". We are so much full of joy and excitement. Our sincere gratitude to you for thinking about the organization, the children supported here and the volunteers through your donations. We thank you for being a worthy partner, we also thank you for sharing our project link with your friends colleagues and associates.
Power rests in numbers, that's why we Family Hope Community Centre kindly and with all due love and respect, request for more connections, more support even as we approach the Little by Little campaign. Soon the children shall resume learning. They will need lots of materials, and as global partners and parents, we can put " little by little" smiles in their faces.
