All the 375 children have reported back to school. Learning is going on but we have had to split up the children into smaller classes alternating attendance shedules, so that the classes are not too congested and ensuring good ventilation in classrooms.
We therefore have some classes reporting in the morning and others at midday.
We have had the opportunity to also communicate with parents and students on the measures being implemented to ensure their collaboration and support.
Challenges.
And we still have challenges in hand washing soap, masks and cough syrup.
Most of the special needs children and teachers need face mask shield.
Sustainability of the special needs children during this period is very expensive.
Social distancing is a challenge too due to lack of enough space.
