Tribes and Natures Defenders want to continue the journey of the indigenous peoples while protecting the rainforest and wildlife. Our goal is to save the last home of the indigenous peoples and provide income generating project for the local communities. For this, these are the following activities that give short income for food sustainability.
Project Activities:
1. Land preparation
2. Planting of 3000 seedlings of Eggplant and 20,000 seedlings of Chinese Cabbage in the 2 hectares land area
3. Maintainance
Project Outcomes:
1. Planted 3000 seedlings of Eggplant and 20,000 seedlings of Chinese Cabbage in the 2 hectares land area
2. Harvested 500 kilos of eggplant and 15,000 kilos of chinese cabbage
3. Generated an income of 100,000.00 pesos for the 30 tribal farmers.
