16 extension personnel trained and qualified to carry out cow registration
32 Community Facilitators trained in personal leadership, (Heifer's 12) cornerstones and Training of Trainers (Producer Organization and Dairy Management Group representatives)
Country team (5) and production technical team (9) (Tanzania) participated in production progress review meeting to share experiences and to set implementation targets for 2015
3 of 3 Producer Organizations (Kenya) participated in strategic business plan development facilitation
All 21 EADD II technical staff (Tanzania) trained on Producer Organization Sustainability Assessment tool (POSA)
4 business plans (Tanzania) for Mbeya were reviewed yet to be approved and 3 for Njombe reviewed and approved for implementation by Volcon and EADD II Senior Business Manager
2 potential milk markets in Mbeya cluster (Tunduma and Kyela) successfully identified
