After launching the “2023 For Community Initiative” in December 2023, DynaGen Initiative received nearly 40 initiatives submitted by students nationwide. We selected 15 initiatives for the Debate Round. After careful consideration and discussion, the judging committee has chosen 5 initiatives that best fit the program's criteria for financial support and technical assistance for implementation. These initiatives focus on addressing issues such as fire prevention and fighting, gender equality, sexual health, and the environment. The initiatives will be implemented until the end of April 2024.

On December 26, 2023, the training course "Decoding yourself - Unlocking your career" was the next activity organized within the framework of DynaGen Initiative Season 4. Through the training course, students had the opportunity to explore and understand their personalities, goals, and passions through various exercises. Additionally, they also practiced exercises on critical thinking and goal management, contributing to their career orientation in the future.

On January 6, 2024, the training course "Conquering Employers" was conducted. During this course, students were introduced to the job market trends in Vietnam for 2024 and 2025, learned how to write an impressive CV, acquired skills to impress employers during job interviews, and discovered strategies to overcome the two-month probationary period in companies.

In February 2024, DynaGen Initiative commenced the Career Mentoring Program. This program is designed specifically for DynaGen Initiative students  with the aim of providing them with a clear direction for their careers, accessing to many opportunities, and gaining practical experience in their fields through 1-1 connections with mentors. Nearly 200 students registered to participate in the program, with over 100 mentors from various fields and  reputable businesses and organizations.

In the current competitive job market,  alongside professional knowledge, soft skills are also the top factor attracting attention from employers. Understanding the desires and expectations of students as well as recognizing the importance of soft skills, on March 23, DynaGen Initiative launched the training course "Becoming a leader". The training course aims to help students grasp knowledge and skills such as planning, communication and presentation, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving; thereby, helping students be more confident in participate in the job market.
