The Student Development Program - DynaGen Initiative course 4 was officially launched with the Talk show "Youth doing volunteer" on October 28, 2023 at the Vietnam Women's Academy. The talk show had the participation of KOLs, experts in the field of volunteering and nearly 200 students from colleges and universities in Hanoi City.
At the talk show, speakers answered questions such as: What is the purpose of volunteering? How to volunteer properly? How to communicate during volunteering? Thereby, the speakers inspired students, building a generation of dynamic students with a spirit of humanity and a culture of sharing with the community.
In addition, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) awarded scholarships worth 50 million VND to support students in difficult circumstances at the Vietnamese Women's Academy. Besides, the DynaGen Initiative organizers also announced a call for students to submit proposals for the 2023 Community Initiative with the theme "Empowering Youth - Overcoming Challenges". The initiative aims to find creative ideas from students to solve problems and challenges of the community and society. The 2023 Community Initiative focuses on solving outstanding social issues and challenges, including: Education; Health - Community Health; Environmental protection; Livelihood and job creation; Gender equality.
On November 12, 2023, the second training course of the DynaGen Initiative Program, "Designing and writing project proposals" was conducted at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities with the participation of DynaGen students and development projects design specialist. The training course provided students with knowledge about problem analysis, planning activities, determining results and monitoring and evaluation indicators, and writing basic parts of project proposals.
Training courses of DynaGen Initiative course 4 will continue to be conducted in the near future and will be updated in the next reporting periods.
