During the period from September to December 2022, students of the DynaGen Live United Program continuously participated in 5 skill training courses, along with many meaningful volunteer activities.
The first training course took place on September 25 with the content: “Design and write the project proposal”. Through the course, trainees learn about the project cycle, how to define the core problem, how to create a problem tree, how to use the needs-based approach and the rights-based approach, how to structure a project proposal, how to use a logical framework, and other techniques for project design.
On October 22, the second training course was conducted with the topic “Communications create impact”, trainees had learned about 16 immutable communication concepts, star light rules and how to insert messages into a story so that making it more attractive.
“Knowing yourself and managing goals” is the title of the next course which held on October 30th. Through the Holland Doctrine, trainees can align themselves with the demands of the jobs. From their giving guidance for their future careers. The four primary behavioral type categories on the DISC multiple-choice exam are Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S) and Compliance (C). Based on these personality groups, trainees can apply in communication to know the other person's personality through observing their behavior, thereby creating effective communication.
The fourth training course, with the topic "Conquering employers," was organized on November 27. Participants in the training session gained knowledge of labor market trends as well as abilities in preparing resumes, interviewing and surviving the businesses' probationary term.
Alongside the skill courses. Trainees can also participate in the program “Career Mentoring 1-1”. In this program, each trainee is paired with a single mentor in the same field of expertise. Each mentee can meet with their mentor up to three times, each time up to two hours. Through meetings, mentors will help trainees identify career goals, suitable jobs and plan actions to achieve their goals. At the same time, increase confidence and competitiveness when participating in the labor market.
In addition to the aforementioned activities, the "Initiative for Community 2022 - Sharing and Connecting" was put into place to discover creative projects, ideas, and initiatives that aid in resolving social and community issues, motivating and promoting the young generation's participation and involvement in community development initiatives. After assessing nearly 20 initiative suggestions submitted by trainees, the organizing committee selected 6 initiatives to award grants, each initiative will get 30,000,000 VND for implementation.
In the coming time, students will carry out initiatives for the community and continue to join in skill courses within the framework of DynaGen's training program.
