The Career Mentoring Program
With the aim to help students determine their own values, determine career goals, increase confidence and competitiveness when preparing to enter the labor market, DynaGen Initiative has cooperated with Navigos Group to implement the Career Coaching program for students of DynaGen Initiative - Course II.
Through the selection process, 10 DynaGen students have participated in this special program, each student has 5 coaching sessions, including 01 overview session, 01 group coaching session and 03 individual coaching sessions. The program is conducted by Ms. D.T.Q - Communications Director of Navigos Group and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Executive Coach.
In a 2-month period, through 5 working sessions with experts, 10 DynaGen Initiative students completed the Career Coaching program. Through exercises to determine self-values, determine career values, explore personal interests, Personal SWOT, Boost Your Strengths, Weakness Zapper, etc. the program has helped students to recognize themselves, transform mindsets, perception and attitude in order to take actions to get closer to the career goals that students choose.

"Live your dream" Initiative
The initiative "Live your dream" of the Dreamies group is implemented to support and share knowledge and skills related to exchange scholarships, master's scholarships, thereby realizing the society students’ dream of studying abroad, through activities such as: Sharing information about scholarships to study abroad pr short-term exchanges; provide knowledge, studying skills, make scholarship applications, interview; seminars and workshops to share experiences; the 1-1 mentoring program aims to help students to complete their profile, improve their capacity, inspire and motivate them to come closer to their dream of studying abroad.
The first offline activity of the project was the Seminar "From home to abroad - The story is now told" was held at the beginning of April, with the participation of 3 experienced speakers in the field of winning prestigious scholarships and with more than 30 students from universities in Hanoi. The seminar also attracted nearly 600 online followers through the project's official fanpage.
At the seminar, the speakers shared the students about the methods of building a strategic roadmap for applying for master's scholarships, short-term exchange scholarships that are suitable for themselves, knowledge to determine their goals and recognize personal identity, thereby creating motivation to seek and conquer attractive scholarships to study abroad.
The seminar took place in the spirit of cohesion and open exchange, which helped the students have a clearer view of studying abroad, specific orientations on what to do in the process of applying for scholarships and the skills needed to prepare for a new environment.
In the future, "Live your dream" will continue to deploy more interesting and useful activities such as: online talk show, Mentor 1-1 program, etc.to bring in-depth knowledge and perspectives about studying abroad for students majoring in Social major.
“BecomingU” Initiative
In order to raise awareness of self-leadership among students in general and students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in particular, the initiative “BecomingU” was implemented by the InsightU team. Through activities such as communication and seminars, the Initiative hopes to spread meaningful messages and help students raise their self-leadership awareness to become the best version of themselves.
The beginning of the project's activities series is a workshop with the theme "Escape Your Fear" taking place on April 17th, 2021, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Hanoi National University, with the participation of speaker Tran T.T.K, General Director of VIJA Link, General Director of TOP ONE Group and students from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Through sharing and experiences from speaker T.T.K, students have gained knowledge such as self-leadership skills, goal management and behavioral styles through the DISC model. Thereby, students can determine their goals, master themselves, understand themselves and understand people so that they can achieve success in their studies and jobs later on.
The next activities of the project such as making videos, articles on self-understanding, self-leadership and goal management will be carried out for communication on the project's fanpage.

The 2nd Community Initiative, 2020 - Theme "DynaGeners overcomes challenges" is implemented by For Vietnamese Stature Foundation and DynaGen Initiative, with the sponsorship of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank. The two best initiatives, “Live your Dream” and “BecomingU” were selected to award funding for implementation. Each initiative is supported with a maximum budget of VND 15,000,000. In addition, the selected initiatives will be fully consulted and guided by experienced experts.
Community Initiative is an annual activity dedicated to the student community of DynaGen Initiative to find innovative ideas and projects that contribute to solving social problems. The program promotes the role and contribution of the young generation in community development activities, solves social problems, and builds a beautiful culture for each Vietnamese citizen towards national problems.
