With the aim of promoting the spirit of humanity, the culture of sharing and contributing to the community of DynaGen students, VSF called for the submission of the 2nd Community Initiative in 2021 with the theme “DynaGeners transcend challenges".

Initiative for Community is an annual activity dedicated to students of the DynaGen Initiative to find out creative ideas and projects that contribute to solving community and social problems. The program will promote the role and contribution of the young generation in community development activities, solve social problems, and build a beautiful culture for each Vietnamese citizen who is responsible for social problems of the country.

The 2nd Community Initiative 2021 focuses on addressing emerging issues / challenges for students, such as: Online bullying, school violence, sexual abuse, health reproduction, etc.
Overcoming selection criteria such as appropriateness, creativity, feasibility and sustainability, VSF has selected 2 initiatives, which are:
  • “Live Your Dream” Initiative of Dreamies team: Initiative aimed at sharing knowledge and skills related to applying for master's scholarships, with the desire to help and realize the dream of studying abroad for a master's degree of the students of Hanoi University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
  • “BecomingU” Initiative of InsightU team: Initiative aims to help students reflect on themselves, improve their sense of self-leadership, so that students can solve a part of their life difficulties
Each initiative will be supported with a maximum budget of $750 to implement the initiative. The selected initiatives will be consulted for completion and implemented by experienced experts.
Students participating in the initiative can express themselves, implement community projects designed and implemented by themselves, thereby contributing to the development of the community and country. The Initiative will be runs from February 2021 to May 2021.
