International Freedom Council (IFC) is pleased to announce the successful completion of its "Water Plant for Carapita" project, a seven-month initiative that provided clean drinking water to a community of approximately 5,000 individuals in Venezuela. Building on this success, the IFC is launching two new projects:
Project Outcomes
Next Steps
The IFC will continue to monitor the performance of the water treatment plant in Carapita and provide necessary maintenance and support. The organization will also proceed with the installation of water filtration systems in the 23 identified schools, ensuring proper training and maintenance protocols are in place. Furthermore, IFC will actively engage with relevant stakeholders to develop a comprehensive plan for the Barquisimeto Water Treatment Plant.
Conclusion
The successful completion of the Carapita water treatment plant and the launch of these two new projects demonstrate the IFC's commitment to providing access to clean water and improving the lives of vulnerable communities in Venezuela. These initiatives represent significant steps towards achieving the "Water for All" vision and promoting sustainable development in the country.
