The DreamBuilder's STEAM Mentorship Program empowers Black girls aged 14-17 through representation, curated activities, workshops, mentoring, field trips, and interactive projects. Weekly mentoring, engaging workshops, educational outings, and provided project materials foster creativity, skill development, and exploration in science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics. Donors support diversity in STEAM, holistic skill growth, and future Black female leaders in STEAM.
