Education is crucial if the next generation is to escape poverty. Basic classrooms equipment is essential for providing education.
Only half of children in Pakistan ever attend school. Only half of those finish 6th grade. Many schools are poorly-equipped, with too-few desks and chairs, and lacking the water, electricity, or other utilities needed to make the learning environment healthy and comfortable.
Children hunger for learning and will settle for any school at all, but properly equipped schools can offer much better education.
Poor families, just to survive, sell children into labor, or to groups who provide food and shelter while using children as violent fighters. If families have education, this need not happen. Proper school equipment means improved education.
