NDF is striving to save mother Earth from climate change crisis. World is facing big challenge of climate change crisis in recent era. Climate Change crisis brought recent heavy floods in Pakistan. 03 Provinces of Pakistan badly hit during recent rain falls & floods. The 33 Million peoples suffered from recent floods. NDF raises funds through GlobalGiving to create awareness among community to understand the climate change crisis to adopt measures to tackle the issue wisely. Mostly our youth is not aware from climate change effects, because they have no experience of super floods, heavy rains, droughts and others. The Farmers mostly lost their crops, the scarcity of irrigation water, sweet drinking water, water for ponds, grazing fields are destroyed. these effects are rooted with climate change crises, we have to bring related information for public awareness to bring green belts surroundings to avert disasters. We need your kind attention & donation to sustain our activities to save mother earth from climate change. The Climate change actions required to avoid heavy disasters. NDF Pakistan raised fund USD-500 plus USD-50 as bonus from GlobalGiving & community to promote work on climate change actions under To Save Mother Earth from Climate Change. NDF organised Community Assembly in collaboration of Global Assembly & GlobalGiving Donors to make aware local community about reality of Climate Change. Mostly people consider Climate Change as myth but actually its reality & serious threat to beloved mother Earth. Every one should take its part to save mother earth from effects of Climate change. If we did not take it serious we will no longer live on this planet it means no way to live, as you know all we have no Plan-B but MOTHER EARTH. 

NDF is thankful to Donors of GlobalGiving to contribute this cause that we may keep continue to make aware local community about Climate Chamge actions & Crisis. 

NDF Pakistan raised fund USD-500 plus USD-50 as bonus from GlobalGiving & community to promote work on climate change actions under Grow Green Pakistan. NDF in collaboration of Indus Consortium organized Peoples Assembly on Climate Change effects at local to International level held in Nawabshah. Speakers told that the increased share of renewables for energy solutions at community and industrial needs with sustainable finance by public and private sectors will help to mitigate climate effects and reduce vulnerabilities of marginalized segments of the society will ensure sustainable development in Pakistan. The participants signed charter of demand and demanded from federal and provincial governments that the allocation of fossil fuel related projects like coal fired power generation should be stopped and asked State Bank of Pakistan that it should asked banks to adhere the green banking guidelines and do not fund any project which potentially could harm environment. Participants also make strong demand for allocation in lieu of community based solar solutions should be increased and State Bank should increase the lending threshold for wind projects from 50 MW. The people assembly was organized by NDF & participated by government departments, environmental organizations, lawyers and civil society representatives.
