Extra Syndrome leads to mainstreamed Society

The "Donate for the Rehabilitation of Down Syndrome" project aims to support individuals with Down Syndrome through a range of rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and educational support. The project also seeks to raise awareness and funds to enhance the quality of life for individuals affected by Down Syndrome and their families. 

Objectives:

Raise $7500 to fund rehabilitation programs and services.
Provide physical and occupational therapy sessions to at least 100 individuals with Down Syndrome.
Develop and distribute educational resources for families and caregivers.
Increase public awareness and understanding of Down Syndrome through community outreach.
Therapy Services:
Therapies Provided: Physical therapy and occupational therapy sessions are being conducted at partner clinics.
Individuals Served: 120 individuals with Down Syndrome have received therapy services so far.
Feedback: Positive feedback from families and significant improvements in mobility and daily living skills reported.
Educational Resources:

Materials Developed: Comprehensive guides for caregivers, including information on managing daily challenges and accessing additional resources.

Distribution: Educational materials have been distributed to local schools, community centers, and via our website.
Outreach: Workshops held for families and educators to provide hands-on training and support.
Awareness Campaign:

Public Engagement: Social media campaigns and local media coverage have increased public awareness.
Community Outreach: Partnerships with local organizations and schools to promote understanding and inclusion.
Impact: Notable increase in community support and volunteer sign-ups.

The "Donate for the Rehabilitation of Down Syndrome" project is making significant progress towards its goals. With continued support and effort, we are confident in our ability to meet our objectives and positively impact the lives of individuals with Down Syndrome and their families.
