Sir Midnight was orphaned when his owner died
In this time of global turbulance, your assistance of our displacement program has been invaluable. We continue to keep our doors and hearts open for the pets of people escpaing unrest, or forced to leave abruptly their home. We are the only rescue in our community with a program dedicated to receiving pets from their owners who must, sadly, be separated from them.
We are now absorbing our displacment program into our existing rescue programs. You can follow our outreach and assistance to the community at www.goodsensedogs.com, through our other GlobalGiving campaigns, or on our social media.
We thank you for your support and look forward to sharing our stories with you in the future.

As we look forward to the coming year,we do so with both hope and trepedation. We know the next year will see a huge increase in the number of homeless and abaondoned pets. We also know that, for many pet owners, having to rehome or abandon their animal is not their wish. With the current economic and housing crisis, we will see a huge increase in people having to leave their homes, or even the country. We are doing our best to prepare for this.
We hope in the next year to expand our foster base, as well as build another pet housing facility. We need you to help make our dream a reality.
Currently our brand new lovely cattery and dog room are at max capacity. We are both grateful for our ability to house the animals we have in our climate controlled, baurtiful animal faciltiy, but also immediately saw our need for even more space.
Due to our ability to enlist free or low cost construction help, we are able to build at a fraction of the cost that it would normally. What started out as Tuff Sheds soon turned into lovely, insulated and finished home like facilities for both dogs and cats. Help us achieve our goal of gaining more space for the pets of the deported and unhoused in the coming year.

WE HAVE DONE IT!
Thanks to your generosity we have met our goal of $1000 to assist our efforts with caring for and assisting thoise facing deportation with their belvoed pets.
But our work isn't done. We are ready to step up with future needs as well. And...of course...there will always be a need to help. Because of your donations, we can help even more with our new indoor and outdoor catteries and indoor and outdoor dog spaces. We are now able to be more responsive in emergencies because of our animal housing options, and not have to rely on the availability of foster homes as we were before.
Please consider a continued donation to help our never ending care of these pets.
