By Zachery Onyango | Project Leader
Dear Friend,
Development Alert is committed to bridging the digital divide by empowering rural communities in Uganda with essential digital skills. This project focuses on equipping youth, women, and local entrepreneurs with practical knowledge that enables them to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
Through targeted training programs, participants gain skills in basic computer literacy, internet use, online communication, and digital entrepreneurship. These competencies open up new opportunities for education, employment, and business growth, helping to reduce inequality and improve livelihoods in underserved areas.
The project also promotes digital inclusion by creating safe and supportive learning environments, ensuring that even those with limited prior exposure to technology can confidently participate. By strengthening digital capacity at the community level, we are fostering innovation, resilience, and sustainable development.
We extend our sincere appreciation to our partners and supporters whose contributions make this initiative possible. Your support is transforming lives and creating pathways to opportunity.
We invite you to continue walking this journey with us as we expand access to digital skills and empower more communities across Uganda to build a brighter, more connected future
