Hi Global Giving Friends,
We wanted to share with you a video that was made by one of our sister organizations, World for All, in Mumbai, portraying the life of a street dog in India. The focus is to encourage people to adopt strays instead of breeds and be kinder to them. We decided, why reinvent the wheel and have chosen to share their video to allow our supporters a rare look in the life of a dog in India. If you have never been to India, this video can be quite shocking, but it is what we see happen daily and work to improve.
Here is the link to the video:
Disclaimer: No dogs were hurt in the making of this video. This video has been put together purely with video editing. The scenes only depict the various challenges a street dog faces everyday in India. This video is meant to sensitize and change their current situation to a better one.
With your help, we can continue our rescue work, spay/neuter program, and community education.
We cannot thank you enough for your help in our efforts to help the animals of Dharamsala!! Here is the link to donate on May 13. There is $75,000 for DAR and other Global Giving Partners to try and claim for their work. With your help, we are trying to raise $10,000.
DONATE HERE ON MAY 13, 2015 EDT.
Please see the attached photos of some of our current patients that need your help!
Thank you for your support!
