Thank you for all of your support in 2024.
2024 brought its share of heartbreak with the loss of too many of our beloved street dogs. However, it was also a remarkable year of growth, impact, and new beginnings for us.
We’re thrilled to share that we achieved 1,220 sterilizations this year—a 20% increase over previous years! We also launched two impactful programs: the Karuna Village Program and the Road Safety Mural initiative. These were made possible through partnerships with incredible NGOs, Jagori Rural Trust and Tonglen, who work tirelessly to uplift women, girls, and slum children in Dharamsala. You can read more about these initiatives on pages 10 and 11 in our impact report.
A highlight of the year was being recognized by the Global Alliance for Rabies Control as a Rabies Center for Excellence—one of only three organizations in India to receive this honor.

We cannot thank you enough for giving us the gift to run our project in Dharamsala, India. Changing a community's mind to treat street dogs with the love and respect they deserve is a slow process, but we see change every year, and it is only because of people like you.
