DELLAS PROJECT

Dear Hearts of Gold Community,

We are grateful to share another step forward in the journey of the D’Ellas Project.

What began as an initiative to create opportunities for women has continued to grow into a source of employment, independence, and hope for families in our community.

Today, 10 women are working through the foundation’s cleaning service, creating a source of income and greater economic independence for themselves and their families.

With an average of five family members per household, the benefits of this initiative extend beyond the women who participate directly. Through this project, we estimate that approximately 50 people are benefiting from the economic opportunities created by the foundation’s entrepreneurship initiatives.

Although, our work does not stop at creating employment.

We continue to provide workshops and training opportunities that help the women participating in our programs develop new skills, strengthen their confidence, and continue growing both personally and professionally.

Our goal is to keep strengthening and expanding these entrepreneurial initiatives so that they can reach more women, create more employment opportunities, and extend their impact to more families in our community.

At the same time, we continue working alongside the other services provided by Hearts of Gold, because we believe meaningful change requires looking at people’s lives from different perspectives.

Every woman who gains an opportunity to work represents a step toward greater independence. Every family that benefits represents a wider impact. And every new opportunity allows us to reach further.
