Hearts of Gold aims to promote a culture of work and, in doing so, provide new hope for our female beneficiaries through the creation of social enterprises called D'ELLAS. This involves promoting employment and savings to establish new sources of income that enable them to reintegrate into the workforce and become generators of their own earnings. Additionally, the goal is to empower women in personal, family, and economic spheres, allowing them to overcome challenges and live with dignity
Provide meaningful employment opportunities for women in vulnerable situations. Due to the obstacles they face such as lack of formal education, gender discrimination and lack of access to financial resources. We seek not only to generate employment, but also to empower each of them, so that they can improve their lives and live with dignity.
We aim to create training and employment programs that not only provide them with practical job skills, but also give them tools to develop their self-esteem, confidence and leadership skills. In addition, it is important to establish partnerships with local businesses to ensure sustainable and fair employment opportunities. Our goal is to create social enterprises in all areas of work.
We have made great achievements in our pilot project, one of the most important of which is to transform the lives of 20 women in the course of twelve months, providing them with continuous training and guaranteeing them employment. We aspire to transform the lives of hundreds of women who yearn to have the opportunity for education, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We dream of being leaders in the generation of future social entrepreneurs.
