PhDr. Andrea Benušková, our director, by herself, received the award for the benefit of mental health to associations and individuals during the special evening held on 17th of April, 2018.
The League for Mental Health (LDZ SR) started as a non-for-profit organization with the goal of changing the perception of mental health and mental illness in the society in Slovak republic. It unifies nearly 30 organizations (inc. our Dss-MOST) dealing with these issues. Each of them includes people who are trying to help; professionals, those with mental illness, their families and friends.
Help us to get rid of the myths and preconceptions, so mentally ill people can live better lives!
