DARAJA EDUCATIONAL EMPOWERMENT PROJECT

MARCH 2022 REPORT

Daraja Educational Empowerment Project focuses on activities that promote education at early childhood, primary school and secondary school. The main areas of focus include payment of school fees to secondary school students, provision of learning materials to primary school pupils, provision of desks to pre- primary child and purchase of uniform for all the categories.

During the last period the Organization managed to achieve the following;

Payment of School fees to five needy students of Ulafu Secondary School in Siaya, Kenya. The students are currently sitting for their final exams. They also benefited from uniform donations.
Purchase of desks for Children at Hills Merchant ECD school, and support for the feeding program. Some of the children were also provided with uniform.
Daraja Community Organization appreciates its donors for enabling it fund the organization’s programs. Our goal is to reach out to more children as we believe that education is the best way to empower communities. We are looking forward to reaching our target when schools open for the new academic calendar beginning 25^th April 2022.
