Pajian Village is in rural Pakistan. It is located outside the main city infrastructure, such that many basic amenities including trash, sewer, roads, and school are missing. Most children and people work at a local Labor Colony (even as young as 5 years old) and live in homes with abuse and drug addiction and can often be found wandering the streets picking through people's trash to find food to eat.
For the past several years we have been working to provide free school education (including food, school supplies, clothing, and medicine) to these children. But we can only do so much with the donations we receive and there are hundreds of children who need our help. We need a more sustainable way to help the children in our area.
Unlike our other projects which cost us money, this farm will be a source of income to Life Givers. Each additional Cow, Chicken, or Goat we receive will exponentially increase our ability, the people of Pajian, to help ourselves! It will bring needed nourishment, income, and industry to our little village of Pajian. In addition, the continued income from this project will help us support all our other projects including to Build a School and Vocational Institute for the children and youth here.
The funding of this project, will result in two amazing outcomes for the people of Pajian: 1) A self-sustaining dairy farm will be started here to provide nourishment, income, and employment opportunities to the people of Pajian Village. 2) Life Givers Organization will begin to receive a small but regular income from the Dairy Farm which will allow us to help the orphaned children and youth in our village year round with the essentials including food, education, medicine, and school supplies.
